One-of-a-Kind Furniture

Many furniture pieces are individually restored and artistically reimagined. Each piece is unique.

Once sold, an identical piece cannot be reproduced.

As many items begin life as vintage or pre-loved furniture, small imperfections consistent with previous use may remain and form part of the character of the piece.

Artwork

All original artwork is created by Joanne McEwen.

Fine art prints are professionally reproduced from original artworks using quality materials.

Colours may vary slightly due to monitor and printer differences.

All artwork, photographs, product descriptions, website content and images remain the intellectual property of Fluid Art & Furniture Flips unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.

Pricing

Prices may change without notice.

The price displayed at the time of purchase is the purchase price.

While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If an obvious pricing error is identified before your order is accepted, you will be contacted before your order proceeds.

Payment

Payment is required in full before an order is dispatched or collected unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Orders remain the property of Fluid Art & Furniture Flips until full payment has been received.

Furniture Collection & Delivery

Furniture is available for collection from Auckland's North Shore.

New Zealand-wide freight can be arranged at the purchaser's expense.

Delivery charges vary according to destination and the size of the furniture.

Furniture is currently available within New Zealand only.

Risk transfers to the purchaser once the furniture has been collected by the purchaser or the freight provider.

Artwork Delivery

Artwork, fine art prints and smaller home décor items are carefully packaged for shipping.

Dispatch timeframes are generally 2–5 business days unless otherwise advised.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only.

Commissions

From time to time, commissions may be accepted for furniture or artwork.

Commission details, pricing, timeframes and payment requirements will be agreed before work begins.

Due to the personalised nature of commissioned work:

deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced

minor variations may occur as each piece is handcrafted.

Returns & Refunds

I want you to be delighted with your purchase.

If your item has a fault covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to the remedies available under New Zealand law.

Because many products are individually handcrafted or one of a kind, returns are not accepted for:

change of mind

incorrect colour expectations due to screen variations

measurements where dimensions were clearly provided

natural characteristics of vintage furniture that were disclosed in photographs or descriptions.

If you believe your purchase has arrived damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your rights under the:

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Fair Trading Act 1986

Privacy Act 2020

where those laws apply.
