Furniture

Furniture is available for collection from Auckland's North Shore.

If you're located elsewhere in New Zealand, I can assist with arranging freight. Delivery costs vary depending on the size of the piece and your location and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please contact me before purchasing if you would like a personalised freight quote.

At this stage, furniture is available for delivery within New Zealand only.

Artwork & Home Décor

Artwork, fine art prints and smaller home décor items are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise advised.

Selected artwork may be shipped internationally. International shipping costs and delivery timeframes will be confirmed before dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are:

New Zealand

• 2–7 business days

Australia

• Approximately 7–14 business days

International

Delivery times vary depending on destination.

Please note these are estimates only and delays outside my control may occasionally occur.

Damaged Items

Every order is carefully checked before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

your order number

photographs of the packaging

photographs of the damage

This helps me work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to me.

If your purchase has a fault covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to the remedies provided under New Zealand law.

As many items are individually handcrafted or one-of-a-kind, I cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect measurements where dimensions were clearly provided

Colour variations caused by differences between computer and phone screens

Minor age-related characteristics of vintage furniture that have been described or photographed
